Below is a fresh example of a newly taken portrait of graphic designer Mona Braathen.
We shot this image using the Canon 70D, Speedlite 430EX and Canon 50mm f1.4 lens. Aperture of f4.5 was used to get crisp edges and dynamic field of view.
In post the image was treated with Frequency separation and an overall grading to achieve more details, contrast and color balance. This was a very quick result with post processing only taking about an hour. A few adjustment layers and you have a portrait that stands out from the crowd.
