Skogli farm, aims to make the most of its surroundings in a sustainable way. With an innovative approach to small-scale farming, they combine traditional firewood and lumber production with modern technology. Inspired by skogli digital, the farm is equipped with automated systems that enhance efficiency while maintaining a strong ecological profile.
The Challenge
Sommerseth Design was tasked with developing a visual identity that reflects both the sustainable and technological aspects of Skogli farm. The logo needed to have the same expression as skogli digital but with a greener and more nature-inspired feel. At the same time, it was crucial to create a cohesive profile that could be used across various surfaces and products associated with the farm’s production.
The Solution
To meet this challenge, Sommerseth Design developed a range of graphic elements and products that reflect the farm’s identity:
- Logo and visual identity: An evolution of skogli digital’s logo, with a clearer connection to nature and sustainability.
- Product branding: A wood-burned mark on the first plank of firewood delivered, adding a personal and exclusive touch.
- Reusable shopping bags: Designed for the sale of organic vegetables, visually reinforcing the farm’s values.
- Automated operations: Integration of digital systems for monitoring and controlling irrigation, improving efficiency and resource management.
The Result
The new visual profile and innovative solutions have helped Skogli farm build a strong and credible brand. The combination of digital technology and traditional farming demonstrates how modern small-scale farms can be operated sustainably. With a solid foundation for further development, Skogli farm serves as an inspiration for both small-scale farmers and entrepreneurs looking to merge innovation with environmental stewardship.
